1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Drawrix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Drawrix is a web platform that allows users to generate CAD files (DXF, SKP, and other formats) from geographic map data. The Service processes publicly available data from OpenStreetMap and other sources to create downloadable files for architectural, urban planning, and design purposes.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Email Verification
You must verify your email address to use the download features. Unverified accounts have limited functionality.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Usage Rights and Restrictions
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the files generated through Drawrix for:
- Personal projects and learning
- Professional architecture and design work
- Academic and educational purposes
- Commercial projects (subject to your plan limits)
4.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Drawrix as a service
- Use automated systems to mass download or scrape data
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
5. Billing and Payments
5.1 Free Tier
All accounts can download areas of up to 1 km2 for free, with a limit of 5 downloads per day.
5.2 Paid Plans
Pro, Academic, and Enterprise plans allow downloading areas larger than 1 km2. Downloads that exceed the free area generate a usage charge. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service delivery.
6. Data Sources and Attribution
Drawrix uses data from OpenStreetMap and other publicly available sources. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). When using generated files, appropriate attribution may be required depending on your use case. Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Drawrix platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain the rights to any original content you create using our generated files. The generated geographic data is subject to the licenses of the original data source (primarily OpenStreetMap's ODbL).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated files. Geographic data may contain errors or omissions. Users should independently verify critical information before relying on it for professional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated files
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Third-party claims related to your use of generated content
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the integrity of the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
